Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is seeking a Communication & Marketing Executive for a charitable non-profit organization focused on transforming individuals from a state of need to one of self-ability, located in Sheraton, Cairo. Job Role: Develop strategic plans for the marketing and communication department that align with organization objectives. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects to ensure goals are achieved. Monitor the team's performance and ensure tasks are carried out effectively. Analyze market data and customer behavior to propose innovative marketing campaigns. Coordinate marketing and media content across various channels (TV, Radio, Social Media). Prepare periodic performance reports on campaigns.
