Marketing Development Supervisor

Salary: 30k to 35k

Helps a company grow by identifying new business partners, researching potential markets and clients, and developing strategic plans to convert leads into long-term partnerships. This role involves a mix of sales, marketing, and relationship management, often working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting clients, and outreach (cold calling, emails, social media).
-Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demos/presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
