Marketing and Projects Coordinator

The Marketing & Client Services Associate serves as the dedicated all-arounder and primary point of contact for St. Thérèse Columbarium (STC) marketing operations.

Your role will drive local marketing activities, spearhead mobile app development rollouts, handle influencer relations, execute marketing shoots, and oversee physical facility merchandising to ensure a premium, modern client experience.

Key Responsibilities/Job Description

● Marketing Projects & Campaigns

○ Strategic Planning: Conceptualizing and executing new brand initiatives and ensuring all physical output aligns with STC Branding guidelines.

○ STC Care App Coordination: Spearhead the rollout, testing, and ongoing feature management of a new mobile app, coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless digital customer service experience.
