Marketing and Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Create marketing for home sales including facebook marketplace listings and flyers
- Track leads through the sales process
- Respond timely to all inquiries for homes
- Take calls with prospective residents
- Work with on-site commnuity managers to schedule home showings
- Track potential residents through the sales funnel
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Spanish and in English
- Availability during day, evening, and weekend hours in the Eastern Daylight Time zone
- Excitement for learning new skills including Rent Manager software
- Self-motivated individual with a great attitude
- Loves people
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with technology & willing to learn
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
