Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to drive the sales and marketing strategy for our strata control products in the mining sector across South Africa and sub‑Saharan Africa. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strategic leadership and direct customer management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of underground roof support systems, specifically cable anchors, and will be responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team while maintaining key client relationships.
