Responsibilities

• Organizes the Monthly Pipeline Review, coordinates the availability of the monthly pipeline reports of the sales team members for presentation, and keeps records of pipeline report notes and to-dos for each Management Pipeline Review (MPR) attendee.
• Prepares and maintains the following reports: Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) statistics (number of client calls and number of days submitted); To-do-list for people assigned or concerned as discussed in the MPR; analysis and makes recommendations based on the data to improve the process or provide input to the performance evaluation of the concerned employees; keeps track of leads given to sales, their status, and their contact details; recommends marketing campaigns...
