Marketing Assistant

Job Description~ The Marketing Assistant ensures marketing campaigns are executed with high quality and on schedule, aligning with marketing plan objectives. This role requires basic digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with key channels/tools including email marketing, web content posting, social media, webinars, and CRM/HubSpot.
Responsibilities~
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, brand/blog collateral, and content marketing (weekly news alerts, monthly webinars, website blogs).
Follow processes for consistent brand delivery by using message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, and accurate data.
Summarize marketing metrics and performance scorecards.
Collaborate with Marketing Specialist/CMO to support growth through content marketing and demand generation strategies.
Utilize the strategic events calendar to increase awareness among new prospects and accelerate existing opportunities.
Prepare desktop competitive research reports.
