Marketing Assistant

We are looking for Marketing Assistant who will be responsible of the following:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange with seller and client site visiting.
• Prepares marketing collaterals and marketing reports.
• Assist in sales training.
• Coordinates with seller such as, follow-up calls on group sales, disseminate information, prepares sales proposals and manage sales petty cash fund.
• Monitors, replenishes / produces and releases marketing collaterals, Price list, Sector maps, Sales kit, Brochures, Flyers
• Conducts Product Orientation Seminars
• Records and updates sellers' information
• Monitor MAP and SDP accounts.
• Prepares and distributes Authority to sell and Identification cards to sellers.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
