Marketing assistant

The Role

Reporting with the managing director/a, the candidate will learn how a media buying agency functions and will have the opportunity to grow with the company.

This progressive role suits a candidate with a business or marketing qualification (or similar) and an organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, who can work within tight deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, and balance short‑term needs with long‑term strategic initiatives. The candidate must be proficient in office applications and computer equipment as required.

Job Description

• Administrative tasks such as maintaining data files and processing paperwork.
• Other duties reasonably associated with this role as identified by the Managing Director/a.
• Undertake training as required by management to ensure quality of service.
