Marketing Assistant Manager

Marketing Assistant Manager who will support the Marketing Manager in overseeing marketing operations across:

• Bar operations
• Franchise businesses
• Retail
• Advertising campaigns
• On-ground and online marketing initiatives

• Assist in developing and executing overall marketing strategy across all business units
• Oversee both on-ground activations and digital campaigns
• Support paid ads management (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Coordinate with branch managers, franchise partners, and retail teams
• Monitor daily marketing performance and sales impact
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and locations
• Assist in planning promos, events, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Track KPIs (sales, foot traffic, leads, ROAS, engagement)
