Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Purpose This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes. Responsibilities include programme conceptualisation, market analysis, stakeholder coordination, marketing alignment, and commercial performance management. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, the role supports the Head of Program Origination & Marketing to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in alignment with strategic and commercial objectives. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Programme Management (End‑to‑End) Plan, manage, and deliver programmes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and launch readiness. Manage the full programme lifecycle from concept development through production coordination to market launch. Maintain programme plans, milestones, approvals, and risk and issue logs to support timely execution.
