We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant
Dragon Edge Group is looking for an entry-level, motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing, online, and social commerce initiatives.
This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with solid internship experience who are eager to start their career in the FMCG and marketing industry.
You will:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns across e-commerce platforms and social media
Assist in processing and tracking online orders, returns, and deliveries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Help resolve customer issues and follow through until closure
Support initiatives to improve service quality, productivity, and customer experience
Uphold and represent DEG's core values in all customer interaction
