Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support LinkedIn-focused marketing initiatives across the business. This role will work closely with a UK-based marketing team member and focus on content creation, scheduling, performance tracking, and brand consistency across multiple profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule LinkedIn content for 18–20 team profiles.

  Approx. 3 posts per profile per week (~60 posts weekly)

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and imagery standards

• Track post performance and produce reports with insights and recommendations

• Help refine and document marketing and brand processes

• Support website content updates and email marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Junior: 18 months – 4 years in marketing
