The Marketing Partnerships & Field Coordination Assistant supports and maintains ASCI's institutional partnerships by serving as a key coordination link between internal teams and external partner organizations. The role ensures that partnership-related communications, marketing activities, field support, and documentation are carried out professionally, consistently, and in line with company standards.

The position is primarily office-based at the ASCI Head Office, with periodic field coordination as needed. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partner accounts while ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
