• Analytical - demonstrate deep analytical and technical abilities. The job requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems, such as being able to perform analysis on the marketing data and solving problems related to marketing technology;
• Creative - the ability to add real creative flair and design to marketing and product launch campaigns;
  
• Attention to Detail — must demonstrate attention to detail when working within a regulated sector;
• Initiative — such as being able to present and/or pitch a better way of managing a process, or a more efficient system.
