Job Description
Manage community daily such as but not limited to responding to all inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media, website and corporate email; actively engage with the follower/s and customer/s; escalate any bad comment/s and review/s to ADO Team for proper and immediate action.
Maintain and build Acienda Designer Outlet Facebook community regularly.
Manage and build Acienda Designer Outlet Rewards Loyalty App and merchandise.
Perform weekly SMS, email blast, and push notification/s via Rewards Loyalty App.
Monitor Acienda Claw machine and photobooth daily such as but not limited to manning, income monitoring, operational expenses, supplies inventory, thematic backdrop, marketing, uploading of photos on Facebook, etc.
Assist in events coordination, planning and execution of regular and thematic outlet events and weekly activations, aligned with Outlet's theme, branding and top managem...
