Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant (MA) is under the direct supervision of the Account Officer and Team Head. The MA provides support to the Account Officers in the end-to-end life cycle of accounts from onboarding to account closure.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends and data.
• Minimum 3 years of experience or skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support campaign goals and business development strategies.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
