Marketing Assistant

What you'll be doing:

• Process data entry and basic transactions
• Maintain and organize marketing files, records, and databases.
• Assist in various administrative and clerical tasks to support the marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Process data entry and transactions using Tiger POS
• Assist in handling merchandising items and props during photo shoots
• Maintain accurate inventory of marketing items, props, giveaways (GWP), and campaign materials
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the marketing team ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow ● Perform other related duties as assigned
