Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees' Marketing team. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who is organised, eager to learn, and comfortable with working both behind the scenes and on the ground during the festival.

The role focuses on assisting with content updates, marketing material preparation, administrative coordination, and general marketing support in the lead-up to and during the festival.

MAIN TASKS

Website & Digital Programme Support

• Upload and update event information on the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees website
• Add and format event descriptions, images, venues, and dates
• Resize images for website and ticketing use
• Check that programme information is correct and up to date
• Assist with uploading accommodation partners onto the website
• Help create and organise online image galleries
