Marketing Assistant - VA

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator with +3 years of experience to support revenue growth for a U.S.-based professional services business. This role works directly with the Founder to ensure follow-ups, campaign execution, and sales coordination are handled consistently and professionally. This is not a closing or cold-calling role. Instead, you will ensure no opportunity is missed by maintaining accurate records, executing predefined processes, and supporting structured outreach efforts.
