Role summary

Own day-to-day **GTM execution** for Grantbii (proprietary tech-platform of RIC): turning positioning into campaigns, funnels, and measurable conversions. You ship fast, instrument properly, and build repeatable growth loops — with high documentation and high-bandwidth collaboration as non-negotiables.

What you'll do

• Plan & execute GTM campaigns (launches, lead magnets, events, partnerships) end-to-end

• Own funnel assets: landing pages (Framer), lead capture, email sequences, CTA experiments

• Drive LinkedIn growth (organic + paid): audiences, creatives, learnings, iteration cadence

• Create **structured GTM briefs / mini-PRDs** (goal → ICP → message → assets → tracking → learnings)

• Set up measurement hygiene: UTMs, GA4 reporting, experiment logs, clear post-mortems
