Sales Support and Pipeline Review Coordination
Organizes holding of the Monthly Pipeline Review, coordinates the availability of the monthly pipeline reports of the sales team members for presentation, and keeps records of pipeline report notes and to-dos for each Management Pipeline Review (MPR) attendee
Prepares and maintains the following reports:
Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) statistics (number of client calls and number of days submitted)
To-do-list for people assigned or concerned as discussed in the MPR
Does analysis and makes recommendations based on the data analyzed to improve the process or provide an input to the performance evaluation of the concerned employees
Keeps track of leads given to sales, their status, and their contact details
Recommends marketing campaigns in close coordination with the general manager and the sales team by formulating marketing letters, maintaining a validated suspect list, uses social media to reach out to prospects, and mo...
