Job Description
Ensure flawless processing of customer orders through our website & other online accounts
Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics team for the timely delivery of orders
Coordinate with delivery services & courier
Handle Customer Concerns, Product Inquiries & Follow Ups via e-mail & phone call
Prepare reports such as but not limited to online sales & other related data
Conduct customer feedback surveys (written, call or face to face)
Continuously improve customer relationship for the brand
Prepare event materials in coordination with other departments
Facilitate ingress and egress procedures including inventory of returned stocks
Monitor safekeeping of event materials & ensure all are in good condition
With experience handling pediatrics kids pharmaceuticals partners
Requirements:
Proficient in computer
Quick in typing
Pleasing personality
University graduate
