BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating localized marketing initiatives to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and support lessee success within the assigned business unit or property. This role ensures seamless coordination of promotions, events, and marketing activities while maintaining strong relationships with lessees and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate localized marketing activities to boost lessee sales and engagement.
• Oversee the quality, design, and placement of all signage and marketing collateral in common areas and store premises.
• Monitor individual lessee promotions and ensure participation in Citywide events and campaigns.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of City wide marketing activities.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with all lessees in the assigned mall or property.
