Marketing Associate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and best practices
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and Tiktok Seller Center
• Good written communication skills (English and Taglish preferred)
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns

What you'll do:

• Shoot content based on the approved social media content calendar
• Upload schedule, and publish posts with accurate captions, hashtags, CTA's, and links
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely asset delivery and proper posting
• Assist in influencer coordination, Tiktok live support, and basic performance tracking
