JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing business through loan releases by generating new loan accounts and renewing qualified existing accounts. The role involves executing various marketing strategies such as field saturation, telemarketing, and digital marketing while ensuring efficient processing of loan applications and excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generates new loan accounts through onsite/field saturation, telemarketing, and digital marketing platforms (social media and website).
• Renews loans of qualified existing clients.
• Markets and promotes the company's loan products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Handles client inquiries and concerns related to loan applications with professionalism and excellent customer service.
