Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a coaching and digital courses business during an active growth phase. This role focuses on marketing automation admin, event funnel support, and email-based outreach, allowing the founder to stay focused on strategy, content, and delivery. The role will start part-time (20 hours/week) with the intention to scale hours as campaigns and events scale
Core Responsibilities 1. QA & Testing Ownership In addition to building and updating funnels/automations, I'd like the VA to fully own: Testing opt-ins, emails, tags, pipelines, and links from a user perspective Verifying replay access, permissions, and delivery Doing pre-launch and live-campaign checks so issues are caught proactively
