Duties and Responsibilities

1. Build and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaigns.
2. Maintain subscriber lists/databases; ensure data hygiene (removing duplicates, ensuring proper tags).
3. Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters).
4. Monitor automation performance metrics: open rates, click‑through, conversion in simple flows.
5. Troubleshoot basic issues: e.g. broken links in emails, automation not firing as expected.
6. Coordinate with design/content team for email templates / landing page assets.
