About the Role
The Marketing Campaign Manager (HubSpot) at TracPlus is responsible for owning the execution, coordination, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across HubSpot, digital, and offline channels. This role ensures that campaigns are planned, built, launched, and reported on with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and performance focus.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that turns marketing strategy, product messaging, and campaign direction into live, measurable activity across email, website, blog, social and offline channels.
In addition to campaign execution, this role owns the coordination of overall marketing work‑in‑progress (WIP), ensuring that campaigns, creative outputs, events, and communications are delivered in a structured, timely, and well‑managed way.
