Location: Arusha / Nairobi / Dar Es Salaam (Can work from any of the 3 cities with occasional travel within Tanzania and Kenya)

Reporting Line: Reports to: CEO. Works with: Sales, Operations, Data & IT teams

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Officer to manage and grow the company's marketing, media, and brand presence. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, organising campaigns, and telling impactful stories across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a practical marketing and media plan
• Manage Chanzi's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create regular content: posts, short videos, testimonials, product comparisons, and impact stories
• Tailor messaging for different audiences (farmers, agrodealers, corporates, investors) ...
