Marketing Communications Specialist

Astek Malaysia is looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to support our client project based in Kuala Lumpur. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Proficient in content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns that support strategic goals. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs. Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them. Build and send communications campaigns. Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness. Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels.
