Marketing & Community Manager – LATAM Touring

We are seeking a hands-on, performance-oriented Marketing & Community Manager to support international concert tours across Latin America.

This position plays a critical role in executing marketing campaigns and managing direct fan communication during high-pressure ticket sales and live event cycles.

This is not a strategy-only role. It combines digital marketing execution with direct fan-facing communication.

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Are comfortable handling community inquiries during stressful ticket launches.
• Can analyze marketing performance and adjust campaigns quickly.
• Understand fandom behavior without becoming emotionally reactive.
• Enjoy working in fast-paced live entertainment environments.
• Are passionate about concerts, touring, and backstage operations.
• Can operate fluently in English and Spanish.
