Marketing Compliance

My client is a fund manager that is looking for a Marketing Compliance Specialist in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance for marketing activities across the region, including reviewing and approving marketing materials.
Prepare, review, and manage statutory filings and regulatory submissions, including annual, periodic, and ad-hoc surveys.
Research regulatory requirements and coordinate with auditors, external counsel, and internal teams during audits and regulatory exams.
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with current regulations.
Advise internal departments on compliance matters and support responses to regulator and auditor queries.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance frameworks and operational efficiency.
Participate in regional and global compliance projects and contribute to training junior team members.
