                    Job Details  Title:  Marketing Coordinator 
Type:  Contractor (Full-Time, 40h/week) 
Reports to:  Project Manager and Producer Lead 
Location:  Remote 
Hours:  Full-time (40 hrs/week) 
 Key Responsibilities  Content Creation & Ideation  Create and develop content across social media (short‑form & long‑form), Substack/newsletters, client and mentorship communications 
Review and ensure quality, tone, and consistency across all content and communications before delivery 
Adapt tone and messaging across different brands and clients 
Propose content ideas based on trends, platform behavior, and performance 
Translate strategic direction into actionable, ready‑to‑execute content
