Point of contact for external marketing topics (PR, social media, site branding, customer events, sales campaigns, etc.)
General coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support content creation and publishing approvals for social media posts, project editorials, press releases, and website content
Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing strategies 
Preparation of design briefs for sales promotions, flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc. according to corporate design guidelines
Publishing support to maintain and update sales and marketing collateral including flyers, brochures and presentations
Planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns targeted at external audiences
Organizing and coordinating client events, trade show and other promotional activities
Maintain filing system of marketing collateral, address database and promotional items
