OverviewArea mission:The LATAM Marketing team drives the growth of the creator economy by positioning Hotmart as the most trusted platform for digital creators.Latin America is a fast-growing and strategic priority market, where marketing plays a key role in strengthening our brand, generating demand and accelerating ecosystem adoption through campaigns, content and meaningful experiences.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning and execution of brand events and marketing activations across LATAM.Manage vendors, agencies and partners involved in event production.Manage event budgets and P&L, ensuring financial efficiency and investment control.Oversee timelines, deliverables and operational planning for each project.Ensure event execution reflects Hotmart's brand positioning and experience standards.Collaborate with Branding, Sales and Marketing teams on event initiatives.Support strategic events such as Fire Sessions and regional brand experiences.Help develop processes and best pra...
