About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager across multiple campaigns and accounts. This role blends project management, marketing execution, and creative support with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, tasks, and timelines using and other project management tools
• Coordinate deliverables across teams and track project status
• Execute daily social media posts and design graphics using Canva
• Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Assist with podcast/video editing and publishing (Spotify, YouTube, Buzzsprout)
• Support email campaigns and newsletter formatting in Mailchimp
