About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Data & Performance Manager to play a critical role in how we measure, optimize, and scale our global marketing efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and marketing technology, ensuring that our tracking, measurement including attribution models, and reporting foundations are robust, accurate, and actionable.
You’ll be the go-to expert when it comes to how data flows across platforms, how performance is measured, and why the numbers sometimes don’t match.
But beyond that, this role is a key driver of our next-generation marketing capabilities. You will play a central role in shaping our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), while also leading the development of AI-driven products that fundamentally enhance how we target, optimize, and scale marketing efficiency.
