Marketing Director – Commercial Real Estate | Middle East / GCC Expansion

We are preparing the next stage of our international growth and are starting conversations with senior marketing profiles ahead of our GCC expansion.

We are looking for a content-driven Marketing Director based in Dubai, with strong knowledge of the Middle East commercial real estate market .

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn market knowledge into visibility, trust, authority, and commercial opportunities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing
• Strong understanding of the GCC / Middle East real estate environment
• Fluent in English and Arabic, French will be a plus
