**The Opportunity**

This position works out of our **Wiesbaden location, Abbott GmbH** **in the Abbott Point of Care division.**

**The Director, International Marketing defines the global commercial strategy for all Abbott Point of Care (APOC) International Markets, spanning EMEA, APAC and Latin America, Canada.** This includes ownership of the international marketing vision, strategic planning, and portfolio leadership to drive sustained, profitable growth across 80+ countries with diverse regulatory, reimbursement, and healthcare system complexities.

The role leads the development of cross‑regional marketing plans, oversees execution excellence for international product launches, guides lifecycle management, and ensures marketing strategies reflect customer needs, competitive dynamics, and macro‑regional trends.
