Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.
The Payment Designing Department serves as the heart of Rakuten Mobile’s business, overseeing all payment and credit operations. From a marketing strategy perspective, we design the entire flow of money—encompassing billing, payments, and risk control—to drive strategic initiatives that balance profitability with an exceptional user experience....
