Marketing Enablement & Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the Manager, Marketing Enablement & Operations, you’ll own the architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of our marketing engine. You’ll ensure every lead is handled with precision, every team member grows in their craft, and every project is delivered with operational excellence, while driving processes, optimizing vendors, embedding automation, and maintaining full visibility across all marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Lifecycle Optimization

• Own the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring leads are properly routed, tagged, and worked on according to SLAs.
• Implement and manage a regular cadence of activity reviews to ensure optimal lead follow-up and conversion health.
