About the Role

The Marketing & Engagement Manager is responsible for driving user growth, engagement, and retention across our B2 B Client x ENTERTAINER app in South Africa. This role is focused on performance and outcomes, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into:

Increased app downloads and activations Higher user engagement and repeat usage Strong merchant performance through offer redemptions

The role works cross-functionally with our client, product, sales, and account management teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities User Growth & Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to drive app downloads and user activations across both our client and the open market.
