Marketing and Events Assistant
Role Overview
The Marketing and Events Assistant supports the planning and execution of all in-house events and daily marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- In-House Event Coordination
Setup & Logistics: Assist in the physical preparation for themed nights, DJ sets, and in-house activations (e.g., setting up decor, branding, and promotional displays).
On-Ground Support: Be present during venue events to ensure everything runs according to the marketing plan and assist the management team with live coordination.
- Marketing & Content Support
Digital Updates: Assist in updating in-house digital menus, signage, and social media platforms with upcoming event schedules.
Collateral Management: Ensure all physical marketing materials (flyers, table tents, posters) are up-to-date and properly displayed within the venue.
- Administrative & Office Work
