Marketing & events coordinator intern

The Marketing and Events Coordinator candidate plays a vital role, coordinating and maintaining the entity’s brand identity and promotional materials inventory. This includes coordinating and maintaining the intranet, which encompasses images, files, documents, as well as database maintenance. Reporting to the Business Growth Manager, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for developing, creating, and implementing a wide range of activities. This includes conducting industry and product research, copywriting, editing, and proofreading tasks, as well as ensuring corporate identity alignment, quality control, and successful rollout of marketing tasks. Assist with product, project, and event planning, and coordination. Preparing reports and assisting in communication campaigns across all marketing channels and platforms, in support of our Hosting, Recruitment and Workplace functionalities.
