Marketing & Events Coordinator

Purpose of Role

To help promote the toy library, increase community awareness and membership, support member and fundraising engagements, and assist with planning and running events that help the toy library grow and thrive.

Key Tasks

• Work alongside our social media coordinator(s) to promote the toy library through social media, newsletters, posters, and community notices.
• Work alongside our grants and fundraising coordinator(s) to promote visibility and increase support of sponsorship, and fundraising initiatives.
• Create simple marketing content such as flyers, posters, event posts, and photos or videos in line with our brand.
• Create, promote and run toy library events and community activities, working alongside other committee members as required.
• Work with local schools, community groups, and businesses to build partnerships and engagement with the toy library.
