Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, coordinating with merchants/partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and end-to-end implementation of effective omnichannel marketing communication campaigns (e.g. eDMs, SMS, push notifications, website content, offline publicity channels).
  • Coordinate the setup of both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget utilisation, maintaining accurate records and reporting any variances.
  • Collaborate and communicate with external marketing and production agencies (e.g. creative, media, or production agencies) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and monitoring for assigned projects.
