• Create high-impact visuals using Canva
• Produce and edit short-form reels and videos using CapCut
• Capture on-site photos and videos of projects and company events

Ad Intelligence & Market Research

• Assist in analyzing ad performance and identifying winning creatives
• Conduct competitor research on pricing, amenities, and marketing tactics
• Support optimization of future campaigns using data insights

Data & Asset Management
