• Sysmex Malaysia Office at Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibility

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for assigned business units.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Support sales teams and distributors to achieve targets and optimize market coverage.
• Plan and execute marketing activities including exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and disease-state campaigns.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
• Track performance through CRM, monitor sales and competitor activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal workflows.
