Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Department to drive and champion the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Formulate and execute strategic marketing and sales plans with aim to achieve sales targets
• Develop, plan and organize sales activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives
• Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities;
• Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities;
• Responsible to coordinate with real estate agencies on strategies to achieve sales target and objectives
• Responsible to liaise with mortgages team on loan application
• Well versed with digital marketing, market research and product planning.
• Responsible for overseeing operations at the Company's sales galleries, with weekly travel to Klang and Salak Tinggi - mileage claims are provided.
